011 International Phone Card - MINUTE INFORMATION ASSUMES ENTIRE CARD IS USED ON ONE CALL.   A 65¢ surcharge applies to calls placed from payphones (except emergency or TRS calls). A lower charge may apply to intrastate calls placed from payphones.   A federally authorized USF surcharge applies to international and interstate calls. State USF surcharges may apply to intrastate calls in applicable states. Domestic and International rates vary based on state and country called. Calls originating from or terminating to Non Regional Bell Operating Companies or wireless receivers will be charged a higher rate. Federal, state, and local taxes may apply. All rates and applicable charges are subject to change without notice or in accordance with legal requirements.  49¢ Service Fee on  011 applies weekly after initial use. All calls are billed in one (3) minute  increments. Application of surcharges and fees has effect of reducing total minutes on card. Services are   provided by carrier, subject to terms and conditions of its federal and state tariffs. Cards are not  renewable. The provider is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. This card has no cash value. Do not return  to retailer for refund.

GTA Asia Card and GTA Middle East and Africa Card - Rates good 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  Per FCC rules, all calls made from a payphone are subject to a 65 Cents surcharge. A semi-monthly maintenance fee of $0.49 applies after first use. All calls may be subject to local/regional phone company charges. Calls to cellular phones may be charged at a higher rate. Federal, state, and local taxes may apply. Above mentioned charges may affect the total number of minutes advertised.  All calls are billed in 3 minute increments.
